Hey y'all! My name's Veronica Ortiz and this year I'm so excited to be Magnificat's Secretary! I hail from Tomball, Texas (but for reference, it's basically Houston) and I'm currently in Lewis Hall. To introduce the academic side of Veronica, I'm an Economics major with minors in Data Science and Marketing. For the more exciting side of Veronica (called "Ronnie" by all my friends), I love playing other instruments, throwing around a football with friends, going on all the most random side quests, taking pictures of all the campus raccoons, and eating sushi. Magnificat has been one of the biggest blessings of my college experience, and being able to form community with the incredible girls here has gifted me friends for life. Also - where else can you say that you've traveled internationally, are on Spotify, and sang in the most beautiful basilicas and cathedrals in the world??
